In Honor of Service
The St Vrain Ranch Property Owners Association recogizes two people for their service to this community. It is not common for our association to provide such recognition but we felt these individuals deserved it.
We first recognize Fred Skates, the Compliance Officer employed by the association for 16 years of service. The role of Compliance Officer is often a thankless job and little appreciation for the work performed. Many in the community knew Fred for his many roles in various organizations outside of the POA. Fred has since retired and we wish him the best as he enjoys his retirement.
Second we recognize Bill Young, one of the longest residents in the St Vrain Ranch subdivision. He was one of the early property owners of the community and had many stories to tell of its development. Bill was a long time board member of the association and frequently held the Vice President position. Bill cared greatly for the association through many years of service and the continued fairness to all association members. Bill had to leave the board in the spring of 2022. We wish the best to Bill and thank him for his volunteered time and efforts to this community.
St. Vrain Ranch Assessments 2022
The 2022 Annual Assessments will be $350. The assessments are necessary to meet budget requirements for maintenance and operating expenses of the Association. Assessments will be invoiced to all property owners at the beginning of the year 2022 with a due date of April 1, 2022.
This year a payment option will be available to make ½ payments, which will be due April 1st and October 1st with a $10 service charge for each payment. Payments may be made by using a credit or debit card or PayPal account online for a $15 service fee.

Roof Repairs / Replacement Post Hail Damage
As we come into the spring and summber months, we freqently experience severe weather that results in repairs caused by high winds and hail. Roof replacements require a Design Review (DR) Request Form be submitted for approval, the same as any other exterior improvement. If you are replacing same color just mark roofing and write same color. When re-roofing with the same color, you may submit your DR request form by e-mail. If you decide to change the color of your roofing material, please mail the DR request form along with the color sample from the shingle brochure to the mailing address noted on the DR request form.

Association and Social Media
The property owners association staff and board members do not review social media sites for comments related to the association in any official capacity nor will they respond to such comments. All correspondence with the association must be through official means approved by the association if a member desires a response.

Design Review Requests
Design Review Requests for Painting or re-painting house colors need to be pre-approved.
Please evaluate the exterior paint maintenance of your home, you may use the samples shown here to verify paint requirements.
All backyard landscaping and fencing are required to be installed no later than one year following your closing date.
Please submit Design Review (DR) Requests to the Design Review Committee before starting any improvements. DR forms may be obtained at Design Review Form
