Requests

Status requests may be requested via e-mail or by US Postal mail. Title Company/Realtor Status Request

Property Transfers

St. Vrain Ranch charges a Transfer Fee of $225.00 and a Working Capital Fee of $75.00 to each property closing transaction.

Design Guideline Changes

In the Design Guidelines – Section 3.6 Garage Door Colors, garage doors shall be painted to match the dwelling. The predominant color, trim color or accent color of the dwelling may be used with approval of the Design Review Committee. Decorative garage doors require the approval of the Design Review Committee.

Bylaws

These are the Bylaws of St. Vrain Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc., which the Association operates under the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act, as amended, and applicable portions of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, as amended (the “Act”). Design Review

Please submit your Design Review Requests to the Design Review Committee before starting any improvements. Requests may be mailed to St. Vrain Ranch P.O.A., P.O. Box 810, Firestone, CO 80520, or emailed. It is very helpful if a business phone number is provided on the form. The Design Review Committee will mail a copy of the signed form to the property owner upon approval.
