IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ASSOCIATION ASSESSMENTS FOR 2009

The Budget Committee is in the process of reviewing information for the 2009 Budget.  The committee would like to invite all property owners to attend the October 2, 2008 Board meeting for discussion.  This will be a great opportunity for you to provide input on how your assessments are spent and will help determine the 2009 assessments. The Budget Committee consists of five St. Vrain Ranch property owners: Jim Johnson, Craig Lam, Katrina Watts, Kevin Abbott and Bill Young. These committee members have been appointed by the Board to perform an in-depth evaluation of the expenses and goals of the Association from a homeowner’s point of view. The Committee meets several times a year to review the financial statements, and monitor expenditures. The Budget Committee invites you to attend the next Board of Director's meeting to be held on Thursday, October 2^nd 2008, 6:30PM at Sable Landing Event Center, 5691 Sable Ave. Firestone. Thank you for your membership in the St. Vrain Ranch Property Owners Association, and we look forward to seeing you at the meeting October 2^nd, 2008.
