New Board Member Sam Sears

Hi. My name is Sam Sears. My wife Amy and I both grew up in Colorado (Durango and Boulder). We live on Saddleback Avenue (Since 2003) where we raised our 4 children. I’ve been active in youth sports over the years, including club and high school soccer (If your child played soccer at Mead High School over the last 15 years, I have probably coached them at some point!) I am a US Navy Veteran, a University of Colorado graduate (Go Buffs!) and am currently working in the Hi Tech, Cyber Security Industry.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the St. Vrain Ranch POA Board. I’m quickly gaining an appreciation for the time and effort the team puts into upholding the standards of the community while balancing reason, common sense and fiscal prudence. My primary goal in this role is to increase communication, visibility and transparency to the community by leveraging the tools we already have. I’d also like to explore opportunities where the community can come together for volunteer projects. Please feel free to reach out, happy to have a cup of coffee — I am your neighbor.
