Design Review Process

Design Review Requests

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for review status and response.

All property owners or their tenants are required to obtain written approval using the Design Review Request form from the Design Review Committee (“DRC”) which is the Property Owners Association Board prior to commencement of the construction of any exterior changes or improvements to a single-family dwelling unit and/or lot.

Design Review Requests for Painting or re-painting same colors and re-roofing or roof improvements require approval.

Please submit Design Review Requests to the Design Review Committee for approval before starting any improvements.
